Dr. Sonvir Brar is an Abbotsford chiropractor who was born and raised in beautiful British Columbia. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University. She then moved to Portland, OR to attend the University of Western States where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic.
Growing up, Dr. Brar was involved in playing many sports, specifically soccer. She faced a few injuries, therefore she values the importance of prioritizing your body. Her goal for each patient is to help them get back to doing things they love.
Dr. Sonvir Brar specializes in Diversified technique and incorporates soft tissue therapy, cupping and rehabilitation exercises into her treatment. She has experience in treating a wide variety of patients of all ages and conditions.
When she’s not in the clinic you can find her running at a track, playing soccer, hiking or grabbing pizza! Dr. Brar enjoys listening to podcasts, reading and educating herself on the latest research and treatments in hopes to provide evidence-based care.

Noel graduated with a bachelors degree in physiotherapy from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences in Nasik, India in 2005 and completed his Masters in Sports Therapy at Leeds Met University in the UK in 2009. He has a special interest in sports injury treatment and prevention and has worked with football, cricket, tennis, rugby, soccer (Leeds United, UK), volleyball and hockey players, treating neck, hip, knee, ankle and back injuries. Recent and ongoing training in concussion management has allowed him to conduct baseline concussion testing and provide effective and timely concussion mangagement/rehab.
